Here’s a fun, indulgent Mac and Cheese Pizza—crispy crust, creamy mac, and lots of melty cheese. 🍕🧀


🍕 Mac and Cheese Pizza

🧾 Ingredients (1 large pizza)

Crust

  • 1 pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)

Mac & Cheese

  • 1 ½ cups cooked macaroni
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Toppings

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella
  • Optional: crispy bacon, jalapeños, pepperoni, breadcrumbs, parsley

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1️⃣ Preheat Oven

  • Preheat oven to 230 °C / 450 °F (use pizza stone if you have one).

2️⃣ Make the Mac & Cheese

  1. Melt butter in a saucepan over medium heat.
  2. Whisk in flour and cook 1 minute.
  3. Slowly whisk in milk; cook until thickened.
  4. Stir in cheddar until melted.
  5. Season with salt & pepper.
  6. Fold in cooked macaroni. Set aside.

3️⃣ Prepare the Crust

  1. Roll dough into a pizza round.
  2. Place on baking sheet or pizza stone.
  3. Par-bake crust 5–7 minutes until lightly set.

4️⃣ Assemble Pizza

  1. Spread mac & cheese evenly over crust.
  2. Sprinkle mozzarella on top.
  3. Add optional toppings.

5️⃣ Bake

  • Bake 10–15 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.

6️⃣ Serve

  • Let cool slightly, slice, and enjoy!

⭐ Tips

  • Use extra sharp cheddar for bold flavor.
  • Add a pinch of garlic powder or smoked paprika to the cheese sauce.
  • For crunch, sprinkle buttered breadcrumbs on top before baking.
  • Try a white pizza version with Gruyère and Parmesan.
