Ingredients

  • 2 lbs chicken wings (flats & drums)
  • 1 tbsp baking powder (for crispiness, optional)
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil

Lemon Pepper Butter Sauce:

  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 1–2 tbsp lemon pepper seasoning
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice (optional for extra tang)

Instructions

1. Prep the wings

  • Pat wings dry.
  • Toss with oil, baking powder, salt, pepper, lemon pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Bake or air fry

Oven:

  • Bake at 425Β°F (220Β°C) for 35–45 min, flipping halfway.

Air fryer:

  • Air fry at 400Β°F (200Β°C) for 18–22 min, shaking halfway.

3. Make sauce

  • Melt butter and stir in lemon pepper seasoning + lemon juice.

4. Coat wings

  • Toss cooked wings in the lemon pepper butter until shiny and flavorful.

🍚 YELLOW RICE (Easy, Flavorful)

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 18–20 minutes

Ingredients

  • 1 cup long-grain white rice
  • 2 cups chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp butter or oil
  • 1/2 tsp turmeric (for color)
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt (adjust based on broth)
  • Optional: 1 bay leaf + 1/4 cup peas

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a pot.
  2. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low.
  3. Cover and cook 18 minutes.
  4. Let rest 5 minutes, fluff, and remove bay leaf.

Serves: 4
Cook Time: 15 minutes

Ingredients

  • 2 cups elbow macaroni
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 2 tbsp flour
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1–1Β½ cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • Salt & pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook macaroni according to package directions; drain.
  2. In a pot, melt butter and whisk in flour to make a roux (1 min).
  3. Slowly whisk in milk until smooth and thickened.
  4. Stir in cheddar cheese until melted.
  5. Add cooked macaroni; season with salt & pepper.
