Instructions
1. Make keto “chips”
Option 1: Tortilla chips
- Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Cut low-carb tortillas into triangles.
- Brush lightly with olive oil and sprinkle salt.
- Bake 8–10 minutes until crisp.
Option 2: Cheese crisps
- Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Place small mounds of shredded cheese on parchment-lined baking sheet.
- Bake 5–7 minutes until golden and crispy.
2. Cook the meat
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook ground meat until browned.
- Add chili powder, cumin, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper.
- Drain excess fat and set aside.
3. Assemble nachos
- Spread keto chips on a baking sheet or oven-safe dish.
- Layer cooked meat over the chips.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese evenly on top.
- Optional: add some jalapeños or olives before baking.
4. Melt cheese
- Bake at 375°F (190°C) for 5–7 minutes until cheese is melted and bubbly.
