Jerk Lemon Pepper Salmon
Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets (skin on or off)
- 2 tablespoons olive oil or melted butter
- 1–1½ teaspoons jerk seasoning (adjust for heat)
- 1 teaspoon lemon pepper seasoning
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon paprika (optional)
- Zest of ½ lemon (optional but great)

Oven Method (Easy & Reliable)
- Preheat oven to 400°F (205°C). Line a baking sheet with foil or parchment.
- Season salmon:
Pat salmon dry. Brush with oil or butter.
