  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese (plus more for topping)

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat to 350°F (175°C).
  • Lightly grease a 9×13-inch baking dish.

2. Cook the beef

  • In a large skillet over medium heat, cook ground beef and onion until browned.
  • Drain excess grease.
  • Stir in garlic, salt, pepper, and paprika.

3. Prepare sauce

  • In a bowl, whisk together cream of mushroom soup, milk, and 1 cup of cheese until smooth.

4. Assemble the casserole
