Here’s a tasty and simple recipe for Grilled Shrimp Caesar Wraps—perfect for a quick lunch or light dinner:


Ingredients (for 2–3 wraps)

  • 8–12 medium shrimp, peeled and deveined
  • 1–2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder (optional)
  • 1/2 tsp smoked paprika (optional)
  • 2 large flour tortillas or wraps
  • 1–1.5 cups romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 tbsp Caesar dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional extras: croutons (for crunch), cherry tomatoes, avocado slices

Instructions

  1. Marinate Shrimp:
    Toss shrimp with olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, and paprika. Let sit for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Grill Shrimp:
    • Heat a grill pan or outdoor grill over medium-high heat.
    • Grill shrimp for 2–3 minutes per side until pink and slightly charred. Remove from heat.
  3. Prepare the Wrap:
    • Lay out your tortilla.
    • In a bowl, mix chopped romaine with Caesar dressing.
    • Spread the dressed lettuce on the center of the wrap.
  4. Assemble:
    • Add grilled shrimp on top of the lettuce.
    • Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese (and croutons if using).
    • Fold the sides of the tortilla and roll it up tightly.
  5. Serve:
    • Cut the wrap in half if desired. Serve immediately.

  • Wraps can be lightly toasted in a pan for a warm, crispy finish.
