Grape Jelly Meatballs
Ingredients
- 2 lbs frozen meatballs (or homemade)
- 1 cup grape jelly
- 1 cup chili sauce (or BBQ sauce for milder flavor)
Optional: pinch of garlic powder or red pepper flakes
Instructions
Slow Cooker (Best & Easiest)
- Add meatballs to slow cooker.
- Pour grape jelly and chili sauce over top.
- Stir to coat.
- Cook LOW 3–4 hours or HIGH 1½–2 hours, stirring once.
Stovetop
- Combine jelly and chili sauce in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add meatballs.
- Simmer 20–25 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Oven
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Mix everything in a baking dish.
- Cover and bake 30–35 minutes, stirring halfway.
Tips & Variations
- Spicy kick: Use hot chili sauce or add a dash of hot sauce.
- BBQ swap: Use BBQ sauce instead of chili sauce for smoky-sweet.
