Posted on November 28, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a recipe for Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs — bite-sized, cheesy, savory, and packed with burger flavor. Perfect as an appetizer, party snack, or game-day treat. 🍔🧄🧀

🧄🧀 Garlic Parmesan Cheeseburger Bombs

Ingredients (makes ~12–16 bombs)

For the filling

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 4 oz shredded cheddar cheese (or a mix of cheddar + mozzarella)
  • Optional: 2 tbsp finely diced onions or pickles

For the dough

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough (10–12 biscuits)
  • 2 tbsp melted butter
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan cheese
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

Instructions

1. Preheat oven

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.

2. Cook the beef

  1. In a skillet, cook ground beef over medium heat.
  2. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Drain excess fat and let beef cool slightly.

3. Assemble the bombs

  1. Flatten each biscuit into a small circle (~3 inches).
  2. Place ~1–2 tbsp cooked beef in the center.
  3. Top with a small handful of shredded cheese (and optional onions/pickles).
  4. Fold dough over filling and pinch edges to seal completely.

4. Prepare garlic Parmesan topping

  1. Mix melted butter + garlic powder.
  2. Brush over the tops of each filled biscuit.
  3. Sprinkle grated Parmesan on top.

5. Bake

  • Bake 15–18 minutes, until golden brown.
  • Optional: garnish with fresh parsley after baking.

⭐ Tips

  • Cheese variations: Use pepper jack, mozzarella, or Swiss for different flavor profiles.
  • Add-ins: Crispy bacon bits, sautéed mushrooms, or diced jalapeños work great.
  • Freezing: Assemble and freeze unbaked bombs; bake straight from frozen, adding a few extra minutes.

If you want, I can also give a Crockpot-style cheeseburger bomb version, air fryer version, or extra gooey four-cheese stuffed version.
