Here’s a quick, skillet-style recipe for Garlic Butter Shrimp & Steak Bites with Veggie Potatoes—rich, savory, and easy to pull together.


Garlic Butter Shrimp & Steak Bites with Veggie Potatoes

Ingredients

Protein

  • 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into bite-size pieces
  • 1 lb shrimp, peeled & deveined

Veggie Potatoes

  • 1 lb baby potatoes, halved
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 zucchini or green beans, chopped

Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 Tbsp butter
  • 4–5 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp Italian seasoning
  • Salt & black pepper to taste
  • Optional: red pepper flakes, fresh parsley, lemon juice

Instructions

1. Cook the Veggie Potatoes

  1. Heat 1–2 Tbsp oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  2. Add potatoes, season with salt, pepper, and paprika.
  3. Cook 10–12 minutes, stirring occasionally, until golden and tender.
  4. Add vegetables and cook 3–4 more minutes until just tender.
  5. Remove from skillet and set aside.

2. Steak Bites

  1. In the same skillet, add a little oil if needed.
  2. Season steak with salt and pepper.
  3. Sear over high heat 2–3 minutes per side until browned.
  4. Remove and set aside with potatoes.

3. Shrimp & Garlic Butter

  1. Lower heat to medium. Add butter and garlic.
  2. Once fragrant (30 seconds), add shrimp, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  3. Cook 1–2 minutes per side until shrimp are pink and opaque.

4. Combine

  • Return steak bites and veggie potatoes to the skillet.
  • Toss everything in the garlic butter sauce for 1–2 minutes.
  • Finish with parsley, a squeeze of lemon, and red pepper flakes if desired.

Serving Tips

  • Serve as-is for a one-pan meal
  • Great with rice, mashed potatoes, or crusty bread
  • Drizzle extra garlic butter on top before serving 😋
