Mashed Potatoes
- 2 lb potatoes, peeled and cubed

- 4 tbsp butter
- Salt & pepper to taste
- Optional: garlic powder or roasted garlic for extra flavor
Instructions
1. Make Mashed Potatoes
- Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (15β20 minutes).
- Drain and mash with butter, milk, salt, and pepper until creamy.
- (Optional) Stir in roasted garlic or garlic powder for extra flavor.
2. Cook Beef Bites
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Season beef cubes with salt and pepper.
- Sear beef 2β3 minutes per side until browned (adjust time for desired doneness). Remove and set aside.
- Reduce heat to medium; add butter and minced garlic to the pan. SautΓ© 30β60 seconds until fragrant.
- Return beef to pan, toss in garlic butter, and cook 1β2 more minutes to coat.
3. Serve
- Plate mashed potatoes and top with garlic butter beef bites.
- Spoon any extra garlic butter from the pan over the top.
