Here’s a delicious and healthy Energy Chocolate Ice Cream recipe—great for a quick boost without refined sugar 🍫❄️


🍫⚡ Energy Chocolate Ice Cream (No Sugar, No Cream)

🛒 Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas (frozen)
  • 2 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 1–2 tbsp peanut butter or almond butter
  • 1–2 dates (optional, for extra sweetness)
  • 2–3 tbsp milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • 1 tsp honey (optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Freeze bananas
    Slice and freeze for at least 4–5 hours.
  2. Blend everything
    Add frozen bananas, cocoa powder, peanut butter, dates, and milk into a blender.
  3. Blend until smooth
    Stop and scrape sides if needed. It should become thick and creamy like ice cream.
  4. Serve or freeze
    • Eat immediately for soft-serve texture
    • Freeze 1–2 hours for firmer ice cream
