🌭🧀 Easy Sausage Breakfast Muffins
Ingredients (makes ~10–12 muffins):
- 250 g breakfast sausage (pork, chicken, or turkey)
- 6 large eggs
- ½ cup milk (optional, for fluffier muffins)
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar works great)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¼ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp garlic powder or paprika (optional)
- Optional add-ins: chopped bell peppers, onions, spinach, mushrooms
Instructions:
- Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F). Grease or line a muffin tin.
- Cook the sausage in a pan until browned. Drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk eggs, milk, salt, pepper, and seasonings.
- Stir in cooked sausage, cheese, and any veggies.
- Pour mixture evenly into muffin cups (about ¾ full).
