Here’s a simple, delicious Easy Roasted Cauliflower recipe — crispy, flavorful, and ready in about 25 minutes!


🥦 Easy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients (serves 4)

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • ½ tsp paprika (optional for color)
  • ½–1 tsp salt, to taste
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional add-ons:
    • Parmesan cheese
    • Lemon juice
    • Crushed red pepper
    • Fresh parsley

Instructions

1. Prep

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with parchment for easy cleanup.

2. Season the cauliflower

  1. Toss cauliflower florets with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  2. Spread them out on the baking sheet in a single layer (don’t overcrowd — helps crisping).

3. Roast

  • Roast 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are golden and crispy.

4. Finish & serve

  • Add optional Parmesan or a squeeze of lemon after roasting.
  • Serve hot as a side dish or snack.

⭐ Variations

  • Parmesan Crispy: Add ¼ cup grated Parmesan during the last 10 minutes of roasting.
  • Spicy: Add cayenne or red pepper flakes.
  • Lemon Herb: Toss roasted cauliflower with lemon zest + parsley.
  • Garlic Butter: Drizzle melted garlic butter over roasted florets before serving.
