Easy blender bread

Posted on December 5, 2025 by Admin

Ah, easy blender bread—the kind that’s mostly “dump everything in a blender, pour into a pan, and bake.” Perfect for beginners or busy mornings. Here’s a reliable, simple recipe:

Easy Blender Bread (No Yeast)

Ingredients (1 loaf):

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour (or half whole wheat, half all-purpose)
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • ½ tsp baking soda
  • ½ tsp salt
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 cup milk (dairy or plant-based)
  • ¼ cup melted butter or oil
  • 2–3 tbsp honey or sugar (optional, for sweetness)
  • Optional add-ins: nuts, seeds, herbs, cheese

Instructions:

1. Preheat oven:

  • 180°C (350°F). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

2. Blend the wet ingredients:

  • In a blender, combine eggs, milk, melted butter (or oil), and honey/sugar. Blend until smooth.

3. Add dry ingredients:

  • Add flour, baking powder, baking soda, and salt to the blender.
  • Blend briefly until just combined. Don’t overblend.

4. Add mix-ins (optional):

  • Fold in nuts, seeds, herbs, or cheese with a spatula.

5. Bake:

  • Pour batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake 40–50 minutes, until golden brown and a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean.

6. Cool and serve:

  • Let cool in pan 10–15 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack.
  • Slice and enjoy plain, toasted, or with butter.

💡 Tips:

  • For a moist, sweet bread, add ½ cup mashed banana or grated zucchini to the blender.
  • For savory versions, skip the sugar/honey and add garlic powder, cheese, or herbs.
  • This bread keeps for 2–3 days at room temperature or freezes well.

If you want, I can also give a super-fast 1-minute blender bread recipe that’s more like a quick cake/bread hybrid—perfect for emergencies or when you just want one slice immediately.

Do you want me to share that version?
