Here’s a fun and easy recipe for Deviled Strawberries—a sweet twist on deviled eggs, perfect for parties or a playful snack! 🍓


🍓 Deviled Strawberries

Ingredients

  • 1 pint fresh strawberries
  • 4 oz (115 g) cream cheese, softened
  • 2–3 tbsp powdered sugar (adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional toppings: chocolate chips, sprinkles, crushed nuts, or shredded coconut

Instructions

  1. Prep strawberries
    • Wash and dry strawberries.
    • Cut off the tops and hollow out a small cone-shaped center with a small spoon or a melon baller.
  2. Make filling
    • In a bowl, beat cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla until smooth and creamy.
  3. Fill strawberries
    • Transfer filling to a piping bag or a zip-top bag with the corner snipped.
    • Pipe the cream cheese mixture into each hollowed strawberry.
  4. Decorate
    • Sprinkle with chocolate chips, sprinkles, nuts, or coconut.
    • Optionally, drizzle with melted chocolate for extra flair.
  5. Chill & serve
    • Refrigerate for 15–30 minutes to firm up the filling.
    • Serve chilled.

Tips

  • Use firm strawberries so they hold their shape.
  • For a lighter version, you can substitute half the cream cheese with whipped cream.
  • Perfect for Valentine’s Day, baby showers, or as a cute dessert tray item!
