Crockpot Meatloaf
Ingredients
- 1½ lbs ground beef (or mix with ground pork or turkey)
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- ½ cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ cup ketchup (plus extra for topping)
- Optional: 1 tsp dried thyme or Italian seasoning
Instructions
- Mix meatloaf
- In a bowl, combine all ingredients (except extra ketchup) until just blended.
- Shape and place in crockpot
- Form a loaf to fit the bottom of the crockpot or use a loaf pan that fits.
- Top with ketchup
- Spread a thin layer over the top of the loaf.
- Cook
- Low for 6–8 hours or High for 3–4 hours, until internal temp reaches 160°F (71°C).
- Serve
