Here’s a simple, delicious recipe for crispy roasted cauliflower—golden, caramelized, and perfect as a side or snack.


🥦 Crispy Roasted Cauliflower

Ingredients

  • 1 large head cauliflower, cut into florets
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp kosher salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp garlic powder (optional but recommended)
  • ½–1 tsp smoked paprika or chili powder (optional)
  • 2–3 tbsp grated Parmesan (optional, for extra crisp)

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
    Hot temperature = crispiness.
  2. Dry the cauliflower well.
    Moisture prevents browning—pat with paper towels if needed.
  3. Toss with oil and seasonings.
    Make sure every floret is evenly coated.
  4. Spread on a baking sheet in a single layer.
    Leave space between pieces—crowding = steaming, not roasting.
  5. Roast for 25–35 minutes, flipping once halfway.
    You want deep golden-brown edges.
  6. Optional: Broil for 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crunch.

Serving ideas

  • Squeeze of lemon or sprinkle of parsley
  • Drizzle of tahini or pesto
  • Toss with buffalo sauce or garlic butter
  • Serve with yogurt dipping sauce
