These Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs are outrageous in the best way—crispy on the outside, buttery-garlicky, and packed with creamy seafood filling. Perfect for parties or game day.


Crabby Shrimp-Stuffed Garlic Bread Bombs

Ingredients

Bread

  • 1 can refrigerated biscuit dough or pizza dough (cut into 12 pieces)

Shrimp & Crab Filling

  • 8 oz shrimp, peeled, deveined, finely chopped
  • 8 oz lump crab meat (picked over)
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup shredded mozzarella or Monterey Jack
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon or spicy brown mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Old Bay seasoning
  • ½ teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons chopped green onions or parsley
  • Salt & black pepper, to taste

Garlic Butter

  • 4 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon fresh parsley
  • Optional: grated Parmesan

Instructions

1. Make the Filling

In a bowl, mix cream cheese, mayo, mustard, Old Bay, paprika, lemon juice, cheese, and herbs.
Fold in chopped shrimp and crab gently. Season lightly with salt and pepper.

2. Assemble the Bombs

  • Flatten each dough piece into a circle.
  • Spoon 1–2 tablespoons filling into the center.
  • Carefully wrap dough around filling and pinch tightly to seal.

3. Garlic Butter Coat

Mix melted butter, garlic, and parsley.
Roll each dough ball in the garlic butter.

4. Bake

  • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  • Place seam-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  • Sprinkle with Parmesan if using.
  • Bake 14–18 minutes, until golden brown and cooked through.

5. Finish

Brush with extra garlic butter right out of the oven.


Serving Ideas

  • Serve with lemon aioli, spicy remoulade, or garlic ranch
  • Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon zest

  • Chop shrimp very small so it cooks evenly.
  • Seal the dough well to avoid leaks.
  • Air fryer option: 360°F for 10–12 minutes, flipping halfway.
