Here’s a classic, delicious Club Sandwich recipe—perfect for lunch or a work party 🥪✨


🥪 Classic Chicken Club Sandwich

🧾 Ingredients

  • 3 slices of bread (white, brown, or multigrain)
  • 1 cup cooked chicken (shredded or grilled)
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1–2 slices of cheese (cheddar or Swiss)
  • Lettuce leaves
  • 2–3 tomato slices
  • 2 slices cooked bacon (optional)
  • Salt & black pepper (to taste)
  • Butter (for toasting, optional)

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Prepare filling
    • Mix shredded chicken with mayonnaise, salt, and pepper.
  2. Toast bread
    • Lightly toast all 3 slices. Optionally, spread butter for extra flavor.
  3. Assemble first layer
    • Place chicken mixture on the first slice of bread.
    • Add lettuce, tomato slices, and cheese.
  4. Assemble second layer
    • Place second slice of bread on top.
    • Add bacon, extra lettuce, and a little mayo if desired.
  5. Top layer
    • Cover with the third slice of bread.
  6. Cut & serve
    • Press gently, then cut into halves or triangles.
