🍏 Cinnamon Swirl Apple Fritter Bread
Ingredients
For the bread:

½ cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened

⅔ cup granulated sugar

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Prepare the apple mixture:

In a small bowl, mix diced apples with 2 tbsp sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon. Set aside.

Make the cinnamon swirl:

In another small bowl, mix brown sugar and 1 tsp cinnamon.

Make the batter:

Cream butter and sugar together until light and fluffy.

Beat in eggs one at a time, then add vanilla.
