Posted on October 28, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a simple, delicious way to make Chocolate Rice Krispie Balls—no baking required! 🍫✨

Ingredients (makes ~12–15 balls)

  • 3 cups Rice Krispies cereal

  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips (or milk chocolate, your choice)

  • 1/2 cup peanut butter (optional, but adds creaminess)

  • 1/4 cup honey or corn syrup

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • Pinch of salt

  • Optional toppings: sprinkles, cocoa powder, powdered sugar, crushed nuts

Instructions

1. Melt Chocolate Mixture

  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, combine chocolate chips, peanut butter, and honey.

  2. Microwave in 20–30 second intervals, stirring each time until smooth.

  3. Stir in vanilla extract and a pinch of salt.

2. Combine with Cereal

  1. Place Rice Krispies in a large mixing bowl.

  2. Pour the chocolate mixture over the cereal.

  3. Gently fold with a spatula until all the cereal is evenly coated.

3. Form Balls

  1. With lightly greased or wet hands, scoop a small handful of mixture and roll into balls (~1–2 inches).

  2. Place on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.

4. Chill

  • Refrigerate for 30–60 minutes until firm.

5. Optional Decoration

  • Roll in sprinkles, cocoa powder, or drizzle with extra melted chocolate.

These are perfect for a quick treat, lunchbox snack, or even a party platter!

If you want, I can give you a variation that uses dark chocolate with a marshmallow surprise inside—super fun twist.

Do you want me to show that version too?
