Here’s a rich, comforting recipe for Chicken with Cream Cheese and Parmesan — creamy, savory, and easy enough for weeknights.


🍗 Chicken with Cream Cheese & Parmesan

🛒 Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 8 oz (225 g) cream cheese, softened
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • Optional: chopped parsley for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Season chicken with salt, pepper, paprika, and Italian seasoning.
  2. Sear: Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook chicken 4–5 minutes per side until golden (it doesn’t need to be fully cooked yet). Remove and set aside.
  3. Make sauce: In the same pan, add garlic and sauté 30 seconds. Stir in cream cheese and chicken broth. Cook until smooth and creamy.
  4. Add Parmesan: Stir in Parmesan until melted and thickened.
  5. Simmer: Return chicken to the pan. Cover and simmer 10–15 minutes until chicken reaches 165°F (74°C) internally.
  6. Serve: Spoon sauce over chicken and garnish with parsley.

  • With rice or pasta
  • Alongside roasted broccoli or green beans
  • Great with cauliflower rice for a lower-carb option

  • Spinach (stir into sauce before adding chicken back)
