Quick & Juicy Pan-Seared Chicken Breast

Ingredients

  • 1–2 chicken breasts
  • Salt, pepper
  • Garlic powder, paprika (optional)
  • 1–2 tbsp oil or butter

Steps

  1. Pound chicken to even thickness.
  2. Season both sides.
  3. Heat pan with oil on medium-high.
  4. Sear 5–6 min per side until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
