Here’s a simple, delicious Cheesy Bread recipe—quick to make and perfect as a side or snack!


🧀 Easy Cheesy Bread Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf French bread (or 1 large baguette)
  • 4 tbsp softened butter
  • 2 cups shredded cheese (mozzarella is classic; cheddar or a blend works great too)
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced (optional but recommended)
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Slice the French bread in half lengthwise.
  3. Mix the softened butter, garlic, salt, and Italian seasoning in a small bowl.
  4. Spread the garlic butter mixture evenly over both halves of the bread.
  5. Top generously with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake on a sheet tray for 10–12 minutes, or until cheese is fully melted and bubbly.
  7. (Optional) Switch to broil for 1–2 minutes to give the cheese a golden top.
  8. Slice and serve warm. Garnish with parsley if you want to get fancy!

  • Spicy Cheesy Bread: Add crushed red pepper flakes.
  • Four-Cheese: Mix mozzarella, parmesan, provolone, and cheddar.
  • Extra Garlic: Add roasted garlic paste to the butter for a sweeter flavor.
