🧀 Cheeseburger Pie Recipe
Ingredients

1 lb (450 g) ground beef

1 medium onion, chopped

1 cup (100 g) shredded cheddar cheese (or cheese blend)

1/2 tsp salt

1/4 tsp black pepper

1/2 cup (120 ml) milk

1/2 cup (120 ml) Bisquick or any baking mix

2 large eggs
(Optional add-ins)

2 tbsp ketchup
-
1 tbsp mustard

1/4 cup chopped pickles or relish

1/2 tsp garlic powder
Instructions

Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).

Cook beef and onion in a skillet over medium heat until beef is browned; drain excess fat.

Stir in salt, pepper, and any optional add-ins (ketchup, mustard, etc.).

Spread the beef mixture evenly in a greased 9-inch (23 cm) pie plate.

Sprinkle cheese evenly on top of the beef.

In a small bowl, whisk together milk, Bisquick, and eggs until smooth.

Pour this batter evenly over the beef and cheese mixture.

Bake for 25–30 minutes, or until a knife inserted in the center comes out clean and the top is golden brown.

Cool for 5 minutes, then slice and serve!
