Instructions
1. Cook the pasta
Boil pasta in salted water until al dente.
Reserve ½ cup pasta water, then drain.
2. Season the steak and shrimp
- Toss shrimp with 1 tbsp Cajun seasoning + salt + pepper.
- Season steak (sliced or whole) with 1–2 tbsp Cajun seasoning + salt + pepper.
3. Cook the steak
