Posted on December 1, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a decadent recipe for Broiled Lobster Tails in Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce — tender, juicy lobster topped with a rich, garlicky, buttery sauce.

🦞 Broiled Lobster Tails in Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

Serves: 2–4

⭐ Ingredients

Lobster

  • 2–4 lobster tails (4–6 oz each)
  • 1–2 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
  • Salt and black pepper

Creamy Garlic Butter Sauce

  • 4 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • ½ cup heavy cream
  • 2 tbsp freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp lemon juice
  • Salt & pepper, to taste
  • Chopped parsley, for garnish

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prepare the lobster tails

  1. Preheat the broiler to high.
  2. Using kitchen shears, cut the top shell of the lobster tail down the center (from the base to the tip) and gently pull the meat up and over the shell.
  3. Lightly season lobster meat with salt, pepper, and paprika.

2. Make the garlic butter sauce

  1. In a small saucepan over medium heat, melt butter.
  2. Add garlic and sauté 30–60 seconds until fragrant.
  3. Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer 2–3 minutes until slightly thickened.
  4. Add lemon juice and season with salt and pepper. Remove from heat.

3. Broil the lobster

  1. Place lobster tails on a baking sheet.
  2. Spoon a little of the sauce over the lobster meat.
  3. Broil 8–12 minutes, depending on size, until lobster is opaque and lightly browned.

Tip: Lobster is done when internal temp reaches 140–145°F (60–63°C).

4. Serve

  • Drizzle remaining creamy garlic butter sauce over lobster.
  • Garnish with chopped parsley and serve with lemon wedges.
  • Perfect with rice, pasta, or roasted vegetables.

⭐ Tips & Variations

  • Make ahead: Prepare sauce ahead and keep warm; spoon over lobster just before broiling.
  • Extra richness: Add 1–2 tbsp cream cheese to the sauce for a silkier texture.
  • Spicy twist: Add ¼ tsp red pepper flakes or a dash of cayenne to the sauce.
  • Broil timing: Watch closely — lobster cooks fast and can dry out if overcooked.

If you want, I can also give you a garlic butter baked lobster tail version or a grilled lobster tail version with the same creamy sauce.
