Crust

1. Prepare the crust

2. Make the cheesecake filling

  4. Pour filling over the cooled crust.

3. Bake

  • Bake 55–65 minutes, until the center is just set (slight jiggle is okay).
  • Cool at room temperature for 1 hour, then refrigerate at least 4 hours or overnight.

4. Prepare pudding layer (optional)

  • Mix instant pudding with milk according to package instructions.
  • Let it set slightly, then layer over the cooled cheesecake.
  • Add sliced bananas on top of pudding.

5. Add topping

  • Spread or pipe whipped cream over the top.
  • Sprinkle with crushed vanilla wafers or cookie crumbs.
  • Garnish with banana slices if desired.

6. Serve

  • Chill until ready to serve.
  • Slice carefully with a warm knife for clean pieces.
