Instructions

Make the Banana Bread

  1. Preheat Oven
    • 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan.
  2. Mix Dry Ingredients
    • Whisk flour, baking soda, and salt in a medium bowl.
  3. Cream Butter & Sugar
    • In a large bowl, beat butter and sugar until fluffy.
    • Add eggs, one at a time, then vanilla.
  4. Combine Bananas & Sour Cream
    • Mix mashed bananas and sour cream into the wet ingredients.
  5. Fold in Dry Ingredients

  6. Bake

Make the Cream Cheese Icing

  1. Beat cream cheese and butter until smooth.
  2. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix until creamy.
  3. Spread over cooled banana bread.
