🍎 Apple Cake (Soft & Spiced)
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- ¼ tsp nutmeg (optional)
- ¼ tsp salt
- ¾ cup sugar (white or brown)
- ½ cup oil (or melted butter)
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- ½ cup milk or yogurt
- 2 cups apples, peeled & diced (Granny Smith or Honeycrisp)
Optional add-ins
- ½ cup chopped walnuts or pecans
- ¼ cup raisins
- Extra cinnamon sugar for topping
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease a 9-inch pan or loaf pan.
- Dry ingredients

In another bowl, whisk sugar, oil, eggs, vanilla, and milk. - Combine

Cool 15 minutes before slicing.

- ½ cup powdered sugar
- 1–2 tbsp milk or apple cider
- Dash of cinnamon
