🌶️🌭 Air Fryer Sausage & Peppers
Ingredients
- 1 lb Italian sausage (sweet or hot)
- 2–3 bell peppers, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1½ tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper
- Optional: red pepper flakes or balsamic drizzle
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 380°F (193°C).
- Prep
Toss peppers and onion with olive oil, garlic powder, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper. - Cook
Add sausages and veggies to basket (keep sausages on top if possible).
Air fry 12 minutes, shake or turn. - Finish
Continue cooking 6–8 minutes, until sausages hit 160°F (pork) and veggies are tender with charred edges. - Rest & serve
Rest sausages 2–3 minutes. Slice if desired.
