Air Fryer Pull-Apart Cheese Garlic Bread
Ingredients (4–6 servings)
- 1 round bread loaf (sourdough or crusty white)
- 4 tbsp butter, melted
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning (or oregano)
- 1½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
Instructions
- Prepare the bread
Using a sharp knife, cut the bread in a criss-cross pattern (don’t cut all the way through). - Make garlic butter
Mix melted butter, garlic, Italian seasoning, parsley, and a pinch of salt. - Fill the bread
Gently pull the cuts apart.
Brush garlic butter deep into the cracks.
Stuff mozzarella and Parmesan evenly throughout. - Air fry
Wrap loosely in foil.
Air fry at 350°F (180°C) for 8–10 minutes.
Unwrap and air fry another 3–5 minutes until cheese is melted and top is golden. - Serve hot
