Ingredients (serves 2–3)
- Tortilla chips (sturdy ones work best)
- 1–1½ cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, Mexican blend)
- ½ cup cooked ground beef, chicken, or shredded rotisserie chicken
(optional – season with taco seasoning) - ¼ cup black beans (rinsed & drained)
- ¼ cup corn
- ¼ cup sliced jalapeños
- ¼ cup diced red onion
- ¼ cup diced tomatoes
Toppings after cooking
- Sour cream
- Guacamole or avocado slices
- Salsa or pico de gallo
- Chopped cilantro
Instructions
- Preheat air fryer to 350°F (175°C).
- Layer carefully
- Add a single layer of tortilla chips to the air fryer basket.
- Sprinkle cheese evenly.
- Add meat, beans, corn, jalapeños, and onions.
- Add a little more cheese on top (helps everything stick).
- Air fry
