📝 Ingredients (Serves 1–2)

  • 2 slices of bread (your choice: white, whole wheat, or sourdough)
  • 2–3 slices of cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1–2 tsp butter or margarine
  • Optional: tomato slices, cooked bacon, or herbs for extra flavor

🍳 Instructions:

  1. Prep the bread
    • Spread butter evenly on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Assemble the sandwich
    • Place cheese slices between the unbuttered sides of the bread.
    • Add optional extras like tomato or herbs.
  3. Air fry the sandwich
    • Preheat the air fryer to 370°F (188°C).
    • Place the sandwich in the basket.
    • Cook 6–8 minutes, flipping halfway through, until bread is golden brown and cheese is melted.
  4. Serve hot
    • Slice diagonally and enjoy immediately with ketchup, mustard, or a side of soup.
