Air Fryer Garlic Butter Steak Bites & Potatoes
Ingredients
- 1 lb steak (sirloin or ribeye), cut into 1-inch cubes
- 1 lb baby potatoes, halved (or diced)
- 3 Tbsp olive oil, divided
- 4 Tbsp butter
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- Salt & black pepper to taste
- Optional: parsley, red pepper flakes, lemon juice
Instructions
1. Cook the Potatoes
- Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C).
- Toss potatoes with 2 Tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and paprika.
- Air fry 12–15 minutes, shaking halfway, until golden and tender.
- Remove and set aside.
2. Cook the Steak Bites
- Toss steak with 1 Tbsp olive oil, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning.
- Air fry at 400°F for 6–8 minutes, shaking halfway (cook to desired doneness).
- Remove and tent loosely with foil.
3. Garlic Butter
- Melt butter in a small pan or microwave.
- Stir in minced garlic and let sit 30 seconds to bloom.
4. Combine
- Return steak and potatoes to the air fryer basket.
- Drizzle with garlic butter and toss gently.
- Air fry 1–2 minutes just to coat and warm.
