Ingredients

  • 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts (or thighs)
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp dried oregano or Italian seasoning
  • ½ tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper

Instructions

  1. Whisk olive oil, lemon juice, garlic, and seasonings.
  2. Marinate chicken 30 minutes to 8 hours.
  3. Preheat grill to medium-high.
  4. Grill chicken 5–7 minutes per side until internal temp reaches 165°F (74°C).
  5. Rest 5 minutes before slicing.
