Easy Condensed Milk Cake Recipe

Here’s a super easy condensed milk cake recipe that’s moist, sweet, and quick to make:


Ingredients (for 1 small cake, 8-inch round or 6-7 muffin-sized cakes)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 3 large eggs
  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted (or 1/4 cup vegetable oil)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven: 350°F (175°C). Grease a cake pan or line with parchment paper.
  2. Mix dry ingredients: In a bowl, sift together flour, baking powder, and salt.
  3. Mix wet ingredients: In another bowl, beat eggs lightly. Add condensed milk, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
  4. Combine: Gradually fold the dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined. Do not overmix.
  5. Bake: Pour batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25–30 minutes (or 15–20 minutes for muffins), until a toothpick inserted comes out clean.
  6. Cool: Let the cake cool in the pan for 10 minutes, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.

Optional Toppings

  • Dust with powdered sugar
  • Drizzle with chocolate
  • Top with whipped cream or fruit

This cake is rich, moist, and naturally sweet thanks to the condensed milk. It’s basically fail-proof and doesn’t require separate sugar or milk.
