Ingredients

- 2β3 tbsp olive oil or butter (or half & half)
- Salt & black pepper

Instructions
- Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
- Heat oil/butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 1β2 min per side until pink.
- Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sautΓ© 30 seconds (donβt burn).
- Splash in lemon juice, toss to coat, and remove from heat.
