Lemon Garlic Shrimp (Ready in ~15 minutes)

Ingredients

  • 1 lb (450 g) shrimp, peeled & deveined
  • 3–4 cloves garlic, minced
  • Zest of 1 lemon
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice (fresh)
  • 2–3 tbsp olive oil or butter (or half & half)
  • Salt & black pepper
  • Optional: red pepper flakes
  • Optional garnish: parsley

Instructions

  1. Season shrimp with salt, pepper, and lemon zest.
  2. Heat oil/butter in a skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add shrimp in a single layer; cook 1–2 min per side until pink.
  4. Add garlic and red pepper flakes; sautΓ© 30 seconds (don’t burn).
  5. Splash in lemon juice, toss to coat, and remove from heat.
  6. Garnish with parsley and serve immediately.
