Salted Caramel Pretzel Bites
Ingredients
- 4 cups small pretzels (twists or squares)
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 tbsp light corn syrup (or honey)
- ½ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tsp baking soda
- Flaky sea salt (to taste)

Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment.
- Spread pretzels evenly on the baking sheet.
- In a saucepan, melt butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup over medium heat.
