Melt In Your Mouth Chicken Recipe

Posted on December 12, 2025 by Admin

Here’s a simple, classic Melt-In-Your-Mouth Chicken recipe—creamy, moist, and ready with just a few pantry ingredients!

⭐ Melt In Your Mouth Chicken (MIYM)

Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter version)
  • ½ cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon black pepper
  • Optional: fresh parsley or chives for garnish

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare the topping:
In a bowl, mix together the mayonnaise (or yogurt), Parmesan, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  3. Prep chicken:
Pat chicken breasts dry and place them in a greased 9×13 baking dish.
  4. Spread mixture:
Spoon the creamy mixture evenly over the top of each chicken breast.
  5. Bake:
Bake for 30–35 minutes, or until the chicken reaches an internal temperature of 165°F (74°C).
For a golden top, broil for an additional 2–3 minutes at the end.
  6. Serve:
Let rest 5 minutes, then garnish with herbs if desired.

Tips & Variations

  • Add crunch: sprinkle breadcrumbs on top before baking.
  • Flavor twist: mix 1 tbsp Dijon mustard or Italian seasoning into the topping.
  • Make it keto: stick with the mayo version—no substitutions needed.
  • Make it in the air fryer: cook at 360°F for 15–18 minutes (depending on thickness).

What to Serve With It

  • Garlic mashed potatoes
  • Roasted asparagus or broccoli
  • Rice pilaf
  • Side salad
