Here’s a simple, crispy, and foolproof recipe for Air Fryer Potatoes — golden on the outside, tender inside, and ready fast!


🥔 Air Fryer Potatoes

Ingredients (serves 3–4)

  • 1.5–2 lbs potatoes
    (baby potatoes, Yukon Gold, red potatoes, or russet cubes)
  • 1½–2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • ½ tsp onion powder (optional)
  • ½–1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional: parsley, Parmesan, rosemary, or chives

Instructions

1. Prep the potatoes

  1. Wash and dry potatoes.
  2. Cut into 1-inch pieces (or halve baby potatoes).
  3. Pat them dry — this helps crisping.

2. Season

In a bowl, toss potatoes with:

  • Olive oil
  • Garlic powder
  • Paprika
  • Onion powder (optional)
  • Salt & pepper

3. Air fry

  1. Preheat air fryer to 400°F (200°C) for best results.
  2. Spread potatoes in a single layer (work in batches if needed).
  3. Air fry 15–20 minutes, shaking the basket halfway through.
  4. Cook until crisp and golden.

4. Finish

  • Toss with fresh parsley, Parmesan, or a pinch of extra salt while hot.

⭐ Variations

Air Fryer Ranch Potatoes

Toss with 1 tbsp dry ranch seasoning before cooking.

Garlic Parmesan Potatoes

After cooking, toss with ¼ cup Parmesan + 1 tbsp melted butter + minced garlic.

Chili-Lime Potatoes

Season with chili powder and finish with lime juice.

Loaded Potatoes

Top with cheese, bacon bits, and green onions.
