Here’s a classic, crowd-pleasing Buffalo Wings recipe — crispy, spicy, and perfect for game day, parties, or any snack craving.

🍗 Buffalo Wings

⭐ Ingredients (Serves 4–6)

For the wings

  • 2 lbs chicken wings, split into drumettes and flats
  • 1–2 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil (if baking)

For the Buffalo sauce

  • ½ cup unsalted butter
  • ½ cup hot sauce (Frank’s RedHot is classic)
  • 1 tsp Worcestershire sauce (optional)
  • ½ tsp garlic powder

For serving

  • Celery sticks
  • Carrot sticks
  • Blue cheese or ranch dressing

👩‍🍳 Instructions

1. Prep the wings

  • Pat wings dry with paper towels (helps them crisp).
  • Season with salt, pepper, and garlic powder.

2. Cook the wings

Option A: Bake (healthier)

  1. Preheat oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Line a baking sheet with foil and place a wire rack on top.
  3. Toss wings with oil and arrange on the rack.
  4. Bake 40–45 minutes, flipping halfway, until golden and crispy.

Option B: Fry (crispy classic)

  1. Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Fry wings in batches 8–10 minutes until golden brown and cooked through.
  3. Drain on paper towels.

3. Make the Buffalo sauce

  1. In a small saucepan, melt butter over low heat.
  2. Stir in hot sauce, Worcestershire sauce, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat until fully combined, then remove from heat.

4. Toss wings in sauce

  • Place cooked wings in a large bowl.
  • Pour Buffalo sauce over wings and toss until evenly coated.

5. Serve

  • Serve hot with celery, carrot sticks, and blue cheese or ranch dressing.

⭐ Tips & Variations

  • Extra crispy wings: Bake at 450°F for the last 5 minutes or double-fry if frying.
  • Spicy level: Adjust hot sauce or add cayenne for more heat.
  • Sweet & spicy: Add 1–2 tbsp honey or brown sugar to the sauce.
  • Oven alternative: Broil wings 2–3 minutes at the end for extra crispiness.
  • Air fryer: Cook wings at 400°F for 20–25 minutes, flipping halfway.

If you want, I can also give you a slow-cooker Buffalo wings version or a crispy oven-baked with Parmesan garlic twist.
