Here’s a fun, indulgent recipe for Cream Cheese and Bacon Stuffed Doritos—perfect as a snack or party appetizer:


🌮 Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Doritos (Nacho Cheese or your favorite flavor)

  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened

  • 4–6 strips of cooked bacon, crumbled

  • 1–2 green onions, finely chopped (optional)

  • ½ cup shredded cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional for extra gooeyness)


👩‍🍳 Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven:

    • Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. Prepare Filling:

    • In a small bowl, mix softened cream cheese, crumbled bacon, green onions (if using), and shredded cheese (if using) until well combined.

  3. Stuff the Doritos:

    • Carefully open each Dorito slightly or use larger chips.

    • Spoon a small amount of the cream cheese mixture onto each chip.

  4. Bake (Optional for Warm, Melty Filling):

    • Place stuffed Doritos on a baking sheet.
