Soft, fudgy, and roll-and-go simple.
Ingredients
- 1 ½ cups crushed cookies or graham crackers
- ½ cup sweetened condensed milk
- 3 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2–3 tbsp melted butter (if mixture is too dry)

- Mini chocolate chips
For rolling:
- Cocoa powder
- Powdered sugar
- Coconut
- Sprinkles
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix crushed cookies, cocoa powder, and any add-ins.
- Stir in the sweetened condensed milk and vanilla.
- Mix until a thick, sticky dough forms.
- Roll into small balls (about 1 inch).
- Roll each ball in cocoa, coconut, or sprinkles.
- Chill 20–30 minutes to firm up.
