Ingredients:

1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions:

Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Lightly grease a 9×5-inch loaf pan or line with parchment paper.

Mix meatloaf ingredients:
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, onion, garlic, breadcrumbs, milk, egg, ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, salt, pepper, and optional seasonings. Mix gently until just combined (don’t overwork the meat). -
Shape and top:
Form the mixture into a loaf shape and place in the loaf pan. Spread a thin layer of ketchup on top for a glaze. -
Bake:
Bake for 55–65 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 160°F (71°C). -
Rest and serve:
Let the meatloaf rest for 5–10 minutes before slicing. Serve with mashed potatoes, roasted vegetables, or green beans.
