Here’s a super simple 3-Ingredient Baked Breakfast idea—easy, fast, and flexible.


🥚 3-Ingredient Baked Egg Cups

Serves 2–4


Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, mozzarella, or your favorite)
  • 1 cup diced cooked breakfast meat (bacon, ham, or sausage)

Optional: salt, pepper, herbs


Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prepare muffin tin: lightly grease 6 cups.
  3. Mix ingredients: in a bowl, whisk eggs, then stir in cheese and cooked meat.
  4. Pour into cups: evenly divide the mixture among the muffin cups.
  5. Bake 15–20 minutes, until eggs are set and lightly golden.
  6. Cool slightly before removing.

Variations

  • Add chopped veggies (spinach, peppers, mushrooms) for more nutrition—still very simple.
  • Make ahead: refrigerate or freeze and reheat for quick breakfasts.
  • Swap cheese for cream cheese for a richer texture.
