- ½ tsp paprika
- Optional: pinch of sugar
For assembly:
- 4 large flour tortillas
- 1–1½ cups shredded lettuce
- 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
- ½ cup diced onions
- Extra pickles

1. Cook the beef
