Big Mac Wraps

Here you go — Big Mac Wraps, the super-easy TikTok-style version that tastes exactly like the burger but lighter, quicker, and wrapped!


🍔 Big Mac Wraps (Quick & Easy)

Ingredients (makes 4 wraps)

For the filling:

  • 1 lb (450 g) ground beef
  • Salt & pepper
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic powder

For Big Mac sauce:

  • ½ cup mayo
  • 2 tbsp ketchup OR 1 tbsp ketchup + 1 tbsp sweet relish
  • 1 tbsp yellow mustard
  • 1 tbsp finely chopped pickles (or relish)
  • 1 tsp vinegar (white or pickle brine)
  • ½ tsp paprika
  • Optional: pinch of sugar

For assembly:

  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1–1½ cups shredded lettuce
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar or American cheese
  • ½ cup diced onions
  • Extra pickles

🧑‍🍳 Instructions

1. Cook the beef

  • Heat a skillet over medium-high.
  • Add ground beef, break it up, season with salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder.
  • Cook until browned.
  • Drain any excess fat.

2. Make the Big Mac sauce

  • Mix all sauce ingredients in a bowl.
  • Adjust to taste (add more relish or mustard if you want it tangier).

3. Build the wraps

Lay a tortilla flat and layer:

  1. Shredded lettuce
  2. Cooked beef
  3. Cheese
  4. Onions
  5. Pickles
  6. A generous drizzle of Big Mac sauce

4. Fold & crisp (optional but recommended!)

  • Fold the wrap like a burrito.
  • Place seam-side down in a hot skillet with a little oil or spray.
  • Cook 1–2 minutes per side until golden and melty.

⭐ Tips / Variations

  • Double-cheese style: Add a second layer of meat + cheese inside.
  • Low-carb: Use low-carb tortillas or big lettuce leaves.
  • Grilled version: Grill the wrapped tortilla for extra crisp.
  • Make-ahead: Cook beef and prep sauce up to 3 days in advance.
