🐖 Crockpot Ranch Pork Chops

Ingredients

  • 4–6 boneless pork chops (or bone-in, about 1″ thick)
  • 1 packet ranch seasoning mix (1 oz)
  • 1 can cream of chicken soup (10.5 oz)
    or cream of mushroom
  • ½ cup chicken broth (or water)
  • ½ tsp black pepper
  • Optional:
    • 1 tbsp ranch seasoning extra, for stronger flavor
    • Sliced mushrooms or onions
    • 1 tbsp butter for richness

Instructions

  1. Prepare the sauce:
    In a bowl, mix together the cream of chicken soup, ranch seasoning, chicken broth, and pepper until smooth.
  2. Add to crockpot:
    Place pork chops in the bottom of the slow cooker. Pour the ranch mixture over them.
  3. Cook:
    • Low: 6–7 hours (best for tenderness)
    • High: 3–4 hours
      Pork chops should be tender and reach 145°F.
  4. Optional:
    Stir the sauce before serving. It becomes a creamy ranch gravy.

Serve With

  • Mashed potatoes
  • Rice
  • Egg noodles
  • Steamed veggies
  • Roasted green beans

Tips

  • For thicker gravy, stir in a cornstarch slurry (1 tbsp cornstarch + 1 tbsp water) during the last 20 minutes.
  • Bone-in chops stay juicier; thin boneless chops cook faster, so check them early.
  • Add ½ packet au jus mix for a deeper, savory flavor.
