🍳 Instructions
1️⃣ Cook the Noodles
- Cook noodles according to package instructions.
- Drain and toss lightly with a splash of sesame oil to keep them from sticking.
2️⃣ Sear the Steak
- Heat 1 tbsp oil in a skillet on high heat.
- Add steak, season with salt & pepper, and sear 2–3 minutes until browned.
- Remove from pan.
