Here’s a quick and foolproof 3-minute fudge recipe — perfect for when you want something sweet right now! 🍫


🍬 3-Minute Fudge

Ingredients:

  • 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
  • 3 cups semi-sweet chocolate chips (or any chocolate you like)
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Optional: ½ cup chopped nuts, crushed cookies, or mini marshmallows

Instructions:

  1. Combine:
    In a microwave-safe bowl, mix the chocolate chips and sweetened condensed milk.
  2. Microwave:
    Heat for 1 minute, stir, then heat for another 30 seconds to 1 minute until the chocolate is melted and smooth.
    (Total time: about 2 minutes, depending on your microwave.)
  3. Add Flavor:
    Stir in the vanilla extract and any add-ins like nuts or marshmallows.
  4. Set:
    Spread the fudge into a parchment-lined 8×8-inch pan.
    Smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Chill:
    Refrigerate for about 1 hour, or until firm. Cut into squares and enjoy!

Tips:

  • For extra richness, use a mix of dark and milk chocolate chips.
  • You can also melt everything on the stovetop over low heat if you prefer.
